Red Church

The “Red Church”, which is dedicated to Saint Demetrius, located in hill SW Katakalou at a distance of 2.5 km. about the settlement. According to tradition said to have been built in the 11th century is named after the reddish stone and structural binder (bricks and crushed tile, korasani) with which it is built.
