Giannitsi beach is located north of the village of Giannitsi, above Marmari, in South Evia. It is a beach preferred by campers for its secluded location. You won’t find anything to eat or stay at the beach. There is only a canteen for the bare essentials. In the village of Giannitsi, just 5 minutes away you will find picturesque tavernas.
Although Giannitsi is not famous for its natural… shade, you will still enjoy its crystal clear waters. You can go free camping, as in so many other places in South Evia (although we remind you once again that it is illegal). And of course, don’t neglect to go as far as Karystos, which is only 20 to 25 minutes from Giannitsi. There you will find wonderful bars, good taverns and of course hotels, in case you want to stay overnight.
